CDM Services

Under strict Government Regulations, commercial projects that run for a consecutive 30 day period or involve more than 500 person days of construction work, require HSE notification, a Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan to ensure the safety and health of the construction team and to ensure that the project team complies with all possible health and safety regulations for the duration of the works.

J. Easton offer the following services:

  • Deciphering Pre-Tender Construction Health and Safety Plans to ensure all areas of the project are covered in your costs.
  • Construction phase Health and Safety plans written and updated.
  • Site waste management plans written.
  • Responsible person to attend CDM-C external audits on behalf of the company.
  • Advice on CDM regulations and what you need to do before, during and after the project.
  • Full external Audits, site inspections including a full written report with our findings and recommendations.

The construction industry has always had a disproportionately high level of fatalities, major injuries and incidents of ill-health when compared with other industries and CDM Regulations are there to help you reduce your risks.

We aim to give you all the tools you need to manage a healthy and safe workplace.
